Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
It has recently been laid on my heart that I need to pay more attention to the beautiful things in life. Not only because it is Biblical, but there is so much bad news, and cruelty in the world today, and we are bombarded with it constantly. It is easy to lose track of the blessings that make this life worth living. I am sure that I am not the only one who has let the world get to me, so when I find a story that warms my heart, I am going to share it with you, in hopes that now only will it make your day a little brighter, maybe it will give you or your church an idea on how you can better serve the community that you live in.
For my first story, a news crew, and some members of the community, surprises a school for special needs children with a graduation event that they never thought possible, and gives the school desperately needed financial support.
