Suicide Awareness and Prevention
Every year almost 45,000 people in America commit suicide and close to 1,000,000 attempt suicide. More teenagers and young adults die from suicide than from cancer, heart disease, AIDS, birth defects, stroke, pneumonia, influenza, and chronic lung disease, COMBINED. Hopefully this video will raise awareness about suicide and offer some suggestions to those who are suffering or those who know someone who is suffering. Things can get better and you aren’t alone. Remember, do not take suicidal talk lightly. You may save a life.
