Let’s be honest, we have all said at one point or another I will pray for you, and then just plain forgot. There is no telling how many times I have forgotten. That is why I no longer wait. I pray as soon as I see a reason.
There are of course times when you can not bow your head and close your eyes, like when driving a car, but God understands that we can’t always pray out loud and prostrated.
We are to pray without ceasing (1 Thess. 5:17) So there is no need to wait to pray until we are about to eat or sleep. If a cultist is knocking on your door, say a quick prayer, see an awesome sunrise, say a prayer, you are seconds from saying a four letter word, say a prayer instead.
