Be always at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let each new year find you a better man.
Most of us make New Years Resolutions, but it is now June, do you still remember what your resolutions were? Are you still making positive steps toward achieving them? If not maybe it is time to change your resolution strategy. Instead of making one or two giant resolutions on New Years Eve, you should try to make a couple of small resolutions a month. Was one of your resolutions to lose wieght? Scrap that one and resolve to drink a bottle of water every day for a month. Anouther option would be to eat an apple every day 30 minutes before your biggest meal of the day. Goals like these are a lot easier to do then losing say 30 pounds, and if you can do it every day for a month there is a big chance that it will become a habit. Eventually if you develop enough good habits you will lose the wieght.
There are many other goals that can be split up into 12 smaller to attain goals. For many this stragedy will work better then a giant goal that most people forget about by February.
PLEASE note I am not a doctor, it would be a great idea to talk to your doctor before making any lifestyle changes.
